Scotland has been on my list of destinations since I can remember. And no, it's not merely because I have seen every Harry Potter film about fifteen times. One male protagonist in Outlander might have lately piqued my curiosity and moved Edinburgh closer to the top of my vacation agenda. Edinburgh, Scotland, has always appealed to me because of its history, food, and adventure possibilities; I really wanted to taste haggis.

As I got on my Norwegian voyage over the water, I could clearly picture lush countryside and old castles. The idea of seeing another country and city, sampling regional cuisine, and meeting new people excites me. Luckily, my enjoyable trip from Providence to Edinburgh let me relax. The seven hours passed quite fast. (Designed pun.)
